I started a petition at Xbox Feedback to fix Halo 5 matchmaking in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Oceania. Matchmaking has been partially broken since release, various playlists are unplayable and those that are playable don’t work at some hours. The last contact we got from 343 support team on that matter happened more than one month ago, which makes me doubt that they’re giving much attention to our problems.
