This needs to return. Grifball NEEDS to return! It has become one of the poster child’s of the Halo gametypes. We’ve been hinted towards the possibility of it’s return, with a quick glimpse of a Gravity Hammer concept art in one of the Sprint vidocs, but confirmation will relieve our doubts!

They really do need to bring Infection and Grifball back. Don’t get why the Gravity Hammer isn’t even in the game either. I know there weren’t any Brutes in the game’s campaign, but that didn’t stop Halo 4 from putting it in the game, even though it was in the Halo 4 campaign for one brief moment.

They are adding the grav hammer in at some undetermined later time.
To the OP: Careful what you wish for. With how things have gone so far, Griffball or Infection playlists would be ranked and uber competitive. Not social and un-ranked, like they and BTB should be…
