hey is there anyway for someone to tell me how to get a personal profile picture, I see people with there own Spartans in cool poses or screenshots of them and I’m not sure how to do it, can some please help here!

That’s from Halo 4.
If you have progress in Halo 4, you will have a profile pic available to you of your Halo 4 Spartan in whatever armor and pose you set for them in the game. You can also get your Halo 5 Spartan as a profile pic, but only in the default pose. Your Halo 4 and Halo 5 emblems are also available as custom profile icons.
