Personal Play, putting Yourself In The Suit.

I feel as though Halo is going on the right path with multiplayer, but there is so much more that the next Halo title could offer. I believe that if you look at where most games are going they are telling stories of a character that is not you. I want the next Halo multiplayer to incorporate you (not with kinect 2.0)

If you were to look at Assassins Creed for instance, there are a lot of ways to approach a situation and that’s the type of feeling I want. There shouldn’t be just one way, but more of multiple ways.

Think of it this way, when you play multiplayer I would like a person to play their own style. Say for instance, you like to be the parkour ninja guy that you love to be or dream about. You could be that character by sneaking behind enemies and infiltrating basses. I don’t want you to feel like you’re another character just in a shooter but yourself, dealing with obstacles your own way and developing different play styles that haven’t even been imagined.

If that’s not possible than do it for Spartan Ops.

tl;dr? Incorporate you into multiplayer similar to how assassins creed does to incorporate different ways to a situation.

I would actually like to see the Kinect 2.0 introduced into Halo. Not for motion capture, of course, but for the alleged (I say that because I’ve read little on it,) heart rate and body heat sensors.

Imagine enemies that taunt you because you’re frustrated, or enemies that flee in terror because you’re not!

Would be kind of cool if the implemented the heart rate thing maybe even some sort of facial recognition thing that captures your face and puts it on a spartan model in spartan ops if it does return ( not in the CG vids though)

With that parkour point I don’t trust parkour in games since brink :stuck_out_tongue: But definetely in SpOps

I’ve even speculated (obviously not with Halo,) a deeper involvement with user-reactions to RPG games with emotional hooks. Mass Effect, anyone?

That would be interesting, Long Dialogue… get frustrated… Kinect knows this so all responses are hateful, your character starts to frown and so on. o the future!

Imagine with Kinect if you could give marines orders, that would be so cool and would justify the use of Kinect

I shuttered when I read this… Bad memories…

Maybe for a Halo Wars 2?

Guys how bout… just think how cool it would… just think about it… you can Use kinect to make your own assinations.
