Permission to use Halo concept art in a free mod?

I would like to use some of Eric Will’s Halo concept art as seen here: https://www.artstation.com/artist/e_w

It would be part of a free-to-use mod at www.nexusmods.com. I haven’t had any luck finding his contact information so I hope by posting this here someone can point me in the right direction.

I don’t think anyone here really can point you in the right direction other than simply Microsoft themselves. In this case, especially since there isn’t money directly involved, it may be better to ask for forgiveness than seek permission. Of course, that’s a call you’ll have to make.
