Hello,
My Halo Waypoint account was permanently suspended over two weeks ago and all attempts to message staff have been met with silence. I was permanently suspended for allegedly creating multiple accounts. I have multiple Microsoft accounts, but until I registered this account to further contact staff; M3Shawning was my only WP account. Obviously now I have an alternate account though this was only created as a last effort.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
