Good morning.
I looked at your Halo 4 stats, and your brother did indeed mod your account. Having 100% Commedations and Specialization items (The ‘PR’ Pioneer Emblem) at SR-43 is a clear sign. As part of the Terms of Service when you signed up for your account on Xbox LIVE, you are responsible for your account, so if you let somebody else use your account, you are still held responsible for any of their actions and hence suffer any consequences. Modding is a bannable offense and the ban cannot be undone. You could’ve been banned for XBox LIVE for your brother’s actions, I would honestly be grateful that a ban on Halo 4 was the only consequence of his actions. Your brother violated terms of service doing what he did on your account and unfortunately, you’re going to have to deal with the consequences of that.

This is mostly true except in extremely rare cases when it can be proven that the ban was caused by a game glitch, like what happened with a player named Meloetta Rises recently. He was permabanned from Halo 4 due to a game glitch, and due to that factor and having enough evidence to prove it from his game history (Compliments of myself), he was unbanned by B is for Bravo. In the case of xXTheyMODDERXx , he falls into the majority of cases where Terms of Service was violated on his account regardless whether or not it was him, and due to that, the ban cannot be undone.
I tend to remember how when Crimson Map Pack for Halo 4 was released, due to a game glitch, some players were permabanned for checking out the maps in forge mode, and those bans had to be undone.
