So the last 5 or 6 gold packs I’ve opened haven’t unlocked anything. They just refunded me req points. I’m 100 % loadout and power weapons and viechles. But 95 % helmets 99 % armor 81 % weapon skins plus less than 100% in a few others. Are some things only unlocked by completing tasks like commendations?
It sounds like you’ve unlocked everything that can be unlocked via packs. The items locked are likely team skins, Achilles armor/helmet, etc.

In case you’re missing some Mongoose certifications, open a bunch of Bronze packs until you unlock them all.

To get the Achilles armour you have to join or create a Spartan Company and complete a series of commendations.
Probably just exclusives that aren’t unlocked in golds.

Oh…damn…bet every company out there that actually play (I’ve been in a few who are never online) already have most of the comedations

at the time i suggest join a team who is nearly achieving armor and then go for the helmet with the same company, go to the rollcall and introduce yourself, theres always someone looking for spartans and companies recruiting
You may be missing some bronze items. In that case open bronze packs. Certain items only are unlocked through bronze packs.
