Have 343 introduced daily packs that include permanent unlocks because in both my arena and warzone pack I got a permanent unlocks (rare armour and Uncommon AR) . Is this new or have I previously been unlucky?
It randomly happens. I’ve gotten a few Rares and even a Legendary (Prophets Bane) from them.
This has been going on for a while.
It happens occasionally. I don’t think you can get a permanent unlock above Rare rarity though.
I used to get all kinds of ultra rare and legendary stuff from daily wins when they first introduced it. Now I do good to get more than 2 uncommons

I got a Legendary.
I got the gravity hammer certification in the warzone daily win pack.
I’ve gotten a few permanent REQ’s in the daily win packs, not a frequent occurrence though.
