Wondering if anyone has been ever encountered this issue or something similar. I currently have all common (white), uncommon (green), and rare (blue) REQs in every category open and am just working on completing my ultra rare (purple) and legendary (yellow) collection. I have only been opening gold packs for about a week now each time I have enough points. As I have been opening them I have run into an issue three times now, where when I open the pack and then am presented with my permanent REQ unlocks, one of them is not unlocked. This has happened to me with the Legendary War Master Scipio armor, the Ultra Rare Sword of the Faithful beam rifle, and the Ultra Rare Corp Mantis. I have now have the War Master Scipio armor and Sword of the Faithful beam rifle in my collection but only because I have unlocked them a second time (which is the reason why I started investigating the matter). I haven’t taken any footage of this happening but now as I open packs I will be sure to double check that they are in my collection and provide a video if I encounter the problem again. If anyone out there has run into this please let me know or if the support team at 343 could assist me in anyway it would be greatly appreciated.
I have had to unlock at least two things twice (heart emblem and spnkr em certification). There may be more, but I wasn’t paying attention until it happened with the spnkr em.
