Hello, I’ve just bought Halo 5 on Xbox One and have been unable to resolve the following: I can’t view requisitions (message: “An error occurred while contacting the requisition service”) and cannot view Carnage Reports (message: “We encountered a problem and couldn’t retrieve your session data at this time”). I’ve restarted my xbox, modem and router, played several games and always get these errors. Please help me, what can I do? I only have 400 gigs a month bandwidth with my roommates so I don’t want to reinstall the game unless absolutely necessary. Thank you.
I can see the carnage report for a split second before the error takes over, tried clearing my cache by unplugging the Xbox and pressing the power button several times.
The problem described above persists. If I play Warzone the REQ station will load indefinitely. I’ve played 29 games in matchmaking and have 0 REQ points.

You appear to be having sync issues. You can check your points and game history here on waypoint, it shows you have indeed completed 29 games. Now for the issue. When you first start the game it takes a minute or two for the req system to load. Try this.
- start the game - Press Y, can you see the req store? If yes, you synched properly, req’s are loaded, and you will have access to your records in game. - If no, and you get the retreiving data screen, back out of this screen and go to the customization menu, go into armor, is your armor listed? If yes, you just have to wait a minute or so before going back into the req store. If your armor is not there you will have to restart the game.
H5 has been having a “profile sync error” a lot lately. if you go to your friends or company list and names are showing all white or your SP1 with default looking helmet and armor, that’s the issue. its the servers, not you. but if it just the req issue and cant pull out weapons in WZ, hard reset your xbox. hold the power button down on the xbox till it turns off. wait 10 seconds then turn it back on. wait 3 minutes, take some time to look at your commendations or play a game. if you can look at our req points in menu screen, you’re good to go. I used to play WZ a lot and I couldn’t pull out reqs for a full game so I had to demolish people with a pistol and take their weapons or have a teammate pull something out for me. than the next it’ll be good with no issues.

@MATADOR Inc: I don’t get a retrieving data screen, just the “REQ service unavailable” message everytime. I’ve restarted my game and console (hard reset) many times and have never NOT gotten these errors. You’re right that I was able to see and even open my REQs online. Now when I go in-game, the only improvement I’ve noticed is that I have some spartan customization options (mostly blank cards).
@EastBayAreaRep: Actually I get “Commendation data currently not available” in tiny black print when I select “Enemy” or “Weapon”, etc. from the commendations menu. My friends do show up if I press X from the main menu.
I feel I should stress that this behaviour is not intermittent, the exact errors quoted above are what I receive every single time, despite going ham on my console and modem/router to get them booting from scratch.
