I would just like to contact 343, and ask them why i am console banned and account banned, and im wondering if i can please be unbanned i really dont understand why i am banned in the first place… so please consider this i have put so much effort into this game and i really don’t want to lose all my progress, please help me…, my gamertag is I TML Zombie
Console bans are generally only given out to those of have violated the Xbox Live terms of service - modding accounts or games, things like that. Have you modded anything on your console or Halo game, even just your service tag? Do you play with anyone who has modded their console or game? That would probably do it

Hm, they’re not usually given out lightly but it has been known for mistakes to happen. Have a read over the FAQ for console bans on the Xbox site. There’s some more info here and a support forum that you may be able to get help on here. It’s really more of an Xbox support issue from here as your full console / account has been banned. Xbox Support should be able to help you figure things out

Ok, in your original message you stated your were both console and account banned, hence why I gave you that info. If it’s only for Reach that you are banned, do you know the message that you were given when you tried to play? it’s possible that it’s only a credit ban and will last for a short time. If it is a game ban, it could be for credit boosting if you have been afk’ing a lot of matches and getting zero kills. I’d need to check yout match history to be sure of that though
Na man when i open reach it says “This console has been banned permanently banned from playing halo reach online” then says “this account has been banned permanently from halo reach online”
Ok, then it’s very unlikely that your account is going to be unbanned I’m afraid. For the banhammer to not only ban your account, but your console, means it’s built up enough of a case against you to justify triggering a ban. Check out Total Sellout’s sticky topic about bans
I don’t know why you’ll get banned anyways for modding or what ever this game is trash to begin with all every one does on this trash game is online date that’s probably what you do and you did mod cause I’m bad right now cause I change my service tag to Bungie only once and I got permanently banned I got banned two years ago I’m pretty sure people still date on here it’s not fun like it used to be I would like to see if I was un banned but it’s what ever
