Permanent Ban For Being Too Good

So I was banned permanently and can no longer play online in Halo 5, I wasn’t cheating/hacking/betraying/suiciding/ or leaving mid game. I would like an answer to this please

A permanent ban isn’t something that’s handed out lightly, it generally means that something serious was detected on or from your account. Are you positive that it is a permanent ban?

I got it sorted out. I was reported for hacking and boosting but I got it solved
