There is no point. It’s actually pretty simple. You are just making up excuse for beeing rude. The comparison fits 100%
That’s why i asked you what are you telling a victim of sexual assault? Would you suggest how to minimze their targetability? If no… why not ? You are doing it here. If yes… the camparison fits, huh?
It seems to me that I can choose whatever I want to identify as, but idk how is that any relevant to what you’ve quoted.
I also shouldn’t be affected by or be dealing with anyone else’s nagging just because they didn’t build enough -or at all- character. If it is you who’s annoyed by a game’s feature, disable or obfuscate it just for you, and that’s the end of the story.
Of the two groups of people that you so hastily targeted and ridiculed, you’re now wise enough to cut it down to one - the incels. Because that’s actually a group with enough negative traits. Perhaps you’ve realized that ridiculing nerds can backfire on you, so let’s pretend that you never picked on them.
Anyhow, video games don’t need the entitlement, hypocrisy, or anyone’s personal problems. It’s as simple as blocking/muting, disabling, or simply ignoring.
You are free to do so, but as a trans/queer/whatever you don’t choose to feel a certain way. That’s the difference to beeing a toxic person.
I wrote specificly “pathetic”. But I give you that it probably wasn’t clear enough.
See, that’s the problem. Why should video games be different to real life encounters? Why should people who are beeing harrased always turn their backs, ignore or mute people? The goal must be to shut up the bullies, not having the bullied ones need to react.
Playing online and interacting with maericans for almost 20 years made it pretty easy.
Also on a unrelated note there seems to be a bug on the forums as i had to unlike random posts that i haven’t seen yet and some i can’t unlike kinda wish i could as the forums have a daily cap for some reason and having post i haven’t seen being liked without me actually liking them is annoying lol
Agreed it usually is because of where they were raised and how they haven’t much interaction with people with opposing viewpoints and beliefs outside of the internet
Which is why the whole perma ban people who aren’t cheaters/hackers is kinda stupid as a lot of “bigots” online are teens trying to be edgy and they tend to grow out of it at some point
Like don’t act like you haven’t seen a fellow student draw swastikas and richards to be edgy in school lol
So is this an admission that you are intentionally seeking out a provocation? And if that’s the case, shouldnt you be held equally accountable for any toxicity that arises because of it? It’s like if a kid on the playground is afraid of bugs and you intentionally throw a beetle at them desiring to get into a fight, and then go screaming and crying to the teacher that you got socked in the face. Like, you got socked in the face because you provoked the other kid. Youre just as much to blame for the toxicity that you experience.
I guarantee if someones profile name was some on the nose hetero macho name like “xXPoonSlayerXx” they would be getting just as much flak as you. Everybody would agree that they are a joke if that was a legitimate name.
