please help. Angel isnt responding.
I am 95% positive you can still buy Bungie Pro until the cutoff and that this is not the reason you were perma’d. Sucks if it was, but I highly doubt there’s a glitch in the system like that or they’d have had this occur since lots of people are renewing it before the cutoff date.
unfortunately, if you want help from them you will have to wait because they get tons of messages from people on these forums.
Permanently banned from XBL for buying Bungie Pro?
Or, permanently banned from XBL for buying Bungie Pro while you were offline unlocking 34, 000 Achievements across 4, 000 titles including some online only ones?
The number of times someone gets caught out telling lies about how they were caught on the Xbox Suspension Forums, I cannot believe you are innocent.
whats your GT so i can try to figure out why you got banned.
Latsu15
I think its most likey because of your motto and/or Bio containing things agains XBL’s Code of Conduct.
Heres some possibilities:
•Don’t create a gamertag, profile content, Avatar action, Avatar content, or in-game content that references controversial religious topics, notorious people, organizations, or sensitive current or historical events that may be considered inappropriate.
•Don’t create a gamertag, profile content, Avatar action, Avatar content, or in-game content that other users may be offended by. This includes, without limitation, anything related to or suggestive of: profane words/phrases, topics or content of a sexual nature, hate speech (including but not limited to racial, ethnic, or religious slurs), illegal drugs/controlled substances, or illegal activities.
I dont know what your motto, or bio is/was but thats most likely the reason because they are being blocked.
You need to escalate this through the Enforcement Team. We at Waypoint cannot accurately diagnose your issue.
Go and read your e-mails linked to your Xbox LIVE Account, it will tell you why you are banned.
Also post here if you still don’t understand, you don’t get ‘banned’ for ‘buying Bungie Pro’ you did something your not telling us.
Just wondering Also, I just posted there. But what does it mean when you have a CL on your Profile Pic, I have noticed it on a couple members profile but never knew what it stands for.

Were you signed up to Xbox LIVE Rewards by any chance?
I hate to say this, but now you sort of have to play the waiting game.
> Were you signed up to Xbox LIVE Rewards by any chance?
Yeah, Why?
> > Were you signed up to Xbox LIVE Rewards by any chance?

> Yeah, Why?
Bingo!
There was a bug on Xbox LIVE Rewards last month were it was rewarding members extra Microsoft Points by mistake and Microsoft banned anyone who used these points.
That’s what happened, sorry but there is nothing you can do about it.
I would not post that if it isn’t approved for public viewing dudeski. But thats just me.
