Okay first of all, on the area I live in my internet provider told me that there was a general issue with the online connection. However two days prior to this I tried to play halo 5 non stop and got banned. For days layer after reinstalling the game I play a first 4 game, my connection had some troubles and I was banned for 9h. Now there are 16 minutes left and I go to eat. I come back and the game still says that I’m banned, I try logging in and out to know for how long but the game isn’t telling me anything. So did I actually got banned permanently because my entire area had an internet issue?
