alot of the posts i have been reading ssay that the perks need to give you more ammo or more grenades. those are terrible ideas. if 343i was to do that i would hope they give you more grenades but lower your maximum ammo capasity. or get more shields but lowerr your movement speed and maximum stamina. basically what i am saying is that the perks need to give and take to help players create a playstyle of their own and not make higher level players better then lower level players because they have perks. personally i think they should relese all the perks at the beggining so it is not extremly unbalcenced because halos MM has always been about balence. i dont want a CoD perk system where you need to put gametime in to get the perks and when you get the perks you are more powerful. balence is key to halos online. also no weapon customization that would make the game way to unbalenced.

Myself, I don’t even like the thought of perks in Halo, it doesn’t fit. Though I do like your ideas on balancing, it would apply a sense of (sort of) fun gameplay.
There don’t need to be any perks at all. 
There ARE “perks” we just don’t know what to call them yet, or what they are.

i agree with you on no perks but i thought they said there wer gunna be perks. if there arnt wel then… YEY!!

Actually apparently all Frankie said at the conference was that there will be a progression system that is run by customisable loadouts and presumably armour. Perks have been confirmed not to be in the game and were just a rumour because someone misunderstood.
I think that perks might have to do with the armor thats equipped, I honestly have no clue what its going to be but thats my most reasonable idea so far.
