So I had my first Perfection game in Halo 4 today on Ragnarok, Capture the Flag.
I went 31-0, won the game, played the whole match, and I’m still at 0/1 Novice on my Perfectionist Commendation… What gives?
As with all Halos, the Perfection medal is only obtainable in Slayer game variants, not objective variants.
Hope this solves your confusion. 
Perfections can only be obtained in Slayer variants…
