So I am playing on Ragnorak, I get a Sniper, get a Running riot, then pick a Binary Rifle, and carefully make my way to a Rampage. The game has one kill to go. I haven’t died yet, I keep quiet, the last kill is made. “Game over”…I wait…then the game exits to the menu. My stats for the game. 20 kills, 0 Assists, 0 Deaths. Look at my medals, and I realize, there is no perfection medal??? Not only is the announcer’s voice saying “Perfection” one of the most satisfying halo moments there is, but its not even an unannounced medal. I have to say, so far I am loving Halo 4, it is outstanding. But what have they done with the perfection medal???

I have gotten 12 kill 0 deaths and only got a killing spree no killing frenzy I thought that was weird maybe it is a bug

You didn’t get a perfection for 12 kills 0 deaths. It’s was/is 15 kills 0 deaths.

He didn’t say that he said he didn’t get a frenzy.

he’s saying that he got a killing frenzy but it didnt show it even though he had 12 kills. He wasnt talking about a perfection.
They got rid of a lot of the medals. It doesn’t make any sense. I feel like the medal system was one of the few things that everyone would probably say was getting better with each game. Now they shrank it like crazy. I feel like instead of moving it forward and adding more they went backwards. They also messed up some medals like the sniper medal. Instead of being for sniper headshots it is for any sniper kill. So you could just get bodyshots and have as many as a good sniper who got mostly headshots. I hope they patch it. 
I made a thread about this earlier too. I had the same exact thing happen to me last night. Went 21-0 and I didn’t get anything. I even checked my commendations, but it didn’t even register there.
me too. 15 kills 0 deaths but no challenge or commendation.
Look at the bright side, the commendation finally works. I remember getting perfection 3 times and the commendation not rising, but I got perfection on team regicide the other day and it counted.

Vehicle kills count as kills towards your perfection.
Also note that your final count could say 12 kills, but really you only had 9 spartan kills and 3 vehicle kills (which shows as a kill in your final count.)

Can you explain that a little more? I’ve often noticed my kill count often appears different after the game is over.
The game counts vehicle kills as different?

It is laughable that they did this.

Pretty sure he meant vehicle destroys, which count on the scoreboard as kills along with turret kills.
Even though it doesn’t say it, it still HAS to be a slayer match for you to get the commendation. We have tested this in our group.
Also, to the guy that said he didnt get a frenzy medal, did the game go to black screen? sprees are normally (but not always) reset during this.
