Perfect Sensitivity

so I was playing around with things a little and trying to find the perfect sensitivity feel. I used to bounce back between 3-5 and 4-3. With the new options to adjust the horizontal and vertical sensitivity, I’m trying to find that sweet spot. 4 sensitivity default is 2 horizontal and 4 vertical. And 3 sensitivity is 1.5 horizontal and 3 vertical. Why is the vertical twice the horizontal. Does that mean it’s actually twice as fast when moving vertically? I tried 2 horizontal and 2 vertical to have them match and went 3 on the accel and it felt pretty good but not quite right. Anyone else found a good sweet spot between 3 sensand 5 accel and 4 sens 3 accel?

The new custom sensitivity isn’t something you want to adjust if you have no problem with horizontal sensitivity since, every .5 change is the same as the old sensitivity controls. So if you played on 3 look sensitivity just leave horizontal at 1.5 and instead adjust the vertical to whichever feels better for you. Currently the default sensitivity for vertical will always be slower than default horizontal (even though the vertical has double the value).

I used to play on a 3 look now, i’m using custom 1.5/3.5 and I like it that way since I mostly played PC games and the mouse has no penalties to vertical or horizontal movement so it feels a bit more natural to me.

Yeah that’s the one thing I do t really like is that there’s no in between option for horizontal sensitivity. 1.5 is 3 and 2 is 4, so there’s no real option there, only for vertical. Would like to have something in between the 3 and 4 for horizontal, but prolly getting greedy I guess

edit: never mind, I found it.

The default vertical will always be slower than the default horizontal? Don’t you mean the other way around?.

I put sensitivity low but maxed acceleration and 13% outer deadzone. Better control when aiming and faster turn
