Am I losing my mind or did I change a setting for it to not announce a perfect kill anymore? My friend says he doesn’t get them announced anymore either. Granted I don’t get them often, which makes it even more noticeable for me.
No, it’s kind of weird for me and i only get medals announced sometimes. It happens for everything, and it is random when the announcer will actually say what you got.

I get them when I land them. I use the female robot voice for my games though?
They only get announced in Arena and if you use the default announcer voice.
I have been watching some pro gamers recently and it sometimes delays saying it or doesn’t say it at all.
