I was just playing through it again on Rare Replay the other week actually on XB1. Sure looks a lot better than it did on my N64.

It’s a bit of a stretch, but technically General Discussion is for “General Halo and Xbox Topics”. Seeing as Perfect Dark is available on Xbox, it does fit.

I really wish they’d revive this game. The original 360 launch was nothing more than a last gen, shelved game cube game. If it had been released as intended. On earlier console cycle that was not jacked into the internet. It would have been better recieved. Pity. If ever there was a game that could knock call of Duty off its thrown in that particular fps market its this series. Can you just imagine all the wild customizable gun configurations. Gosh has it really been that long since this franchise has graced us with its presence

Sort of. This is the only forum section that’s dedicated to “general topics” regarding Halo and Xbox. Don’t go off the rails making topics about your favorite tacos, or current events, or the weather in Turkmenistan. Keep it constructive and related to either Xbox or Halo. Post with a purpose.

The fact it’s in Rare Replay is a nice touch. Unfortunately, it’s a game series that’s even more dead than Red Faction, one of my favorite throwback series as well.

Before this post gets deleted it’s one of my favorite video games of all times. Have the original copy and the Xbox Live remastered version.

Perfect Dark was amazing back in the day! I had no idea there was a remastered version.
The soundtrack was awesome, still listen to it sometimes.
