Played quick play, team tactical, fiesta and it’s still not unlocking. Am I doing something wrong?

Have you checked the mark vii core also you have to complete certain challenges to rank up the event pass with the first daily counting towards it

No, you should only need to complete one game. No challenges need to be completed.
Also, it may depend on what time the day resets where you live. I know it is at 10am PST in the U.S.
Also, you can only unlock one level per day.
I saw one blue marked challenge in my weeklies outside of the daily so I thought it was like if you want to get two tiers a day you can complete a blue weekly
Yeah, it’s not explained well at all in game.
The event has 10 levels and you can only unlock 1 per day.
All you have to do is complete 1 game to unlock a level.
The event lasts 14 days. So you have 14 days to do 10 levels.

So I played yesterday and got 1. Tried today right before this thread and it just wouldn’t give me the reward.
You have to be tier 2 to get the coating
Might be a weird time zone thing… What time did you play yesterday, what time did you play today, and what time zone are you in?
How do I see what tier I am? I understand how to see my level in my battlepass
