Though to be a bit more constructive, I think Halo works with or without sprint. I play Halo 1–3, and I loved them; I play Halo 5 and I still love it. Regardless if your Spartan can run faster, you can still keep the depth of learning the maps, utilizing different tricks, gun balance, skill, and so on. That’s just my two cents.

Yah definitely. Your shields don’t recharge if your sprinting and if you’re not at max velocity, you will stop sprinting when you’re shot.
