People's Issues with Halo:5 Guardians

I don’t know why some people are complaining about all the new features in Halo:5, what is wrong with it? I missed the beta but after watching the teaser i really wanted to get guardians, so please comment your thoughts on Halo:5 Guardians and also have a little chat about Spartan Strike.

I also was crazy about the Beta of Halo 5.
Can’t wait for the final game

Simply put, different people have different tastes. Some people love it. Some hate it. And some are in the middle. I personally loved the beta! Can’t wait for the rest of the games features to be shown!

As for Spartan Strike. It looks nice.

So feel the same way! Halo:5 looks really good and i liked halo 4 more than any others cause you could sprint and you had your own loadouts

Not sure if you’ve heard but to this day, at least as far as arena multiplayer goes, there are no loadouts in Halo 5.

Yeah i heard so now its back to HMCC cause that still has loadouts its just you cant customise them.

Has anyone written a fan story cause im thinking of writing one

There are many reasons why people like the new features or dislike them. Those who dislike them most of the time have more valid and detailed reasons to why. Let’s take the sprint discussions for example. The one’s against it have detailed arguments to why it’s bad and they are very valid whilst those who are for sprint mostly answer with “It’s more immersive” or “It makes sense”, that’s just not valid enough.

I myself prefer the older Halo’s. The slow gameplay on small maps with a balance between open areas and closed-in walkways and I don’t think Halo 5 has provided that kind of balance.

I’m fairly dissapointed at Halo 5 because of the implementation of Sprint, Clamber and smart-scope. I don’t have much against the Ground Pound or thrusters because I don’t see them breaking gameplay as much as the first three. The map designs are also a very big reason to why I’m dissapointed. They’re too big for what I see is a Halo map and they don’t provide a good balance between large areas and narrow one’s.

I’m happy that people love Halo 4/5 and I want to do the same. But I don’t respect those who bash the old titles for not being modern or fast.

I don’t care if you like the newer Halo’s but I care if you forget what made Halo into what it is.

I am very excited for the Live action trailer which is going to be released this Sunday!!

Valid? Detailed?

So the dislike is more valid than the like?

People who dislike the game generally go into much further detail.

That’s doesn’t make it more “valid” though.

Yes ist does. Objective reasoning makes an argument more valid than loud shouting.

Exactly. You can’t just go to a political meeting and say “This should happen, I like it” and expect you’d win. You need to further explain your argument and give a reason why it’s more valid and importatnt than the rest.

i was very impressed with Halo 5 after Halo 4. Halo 5 is the potential perfect balance of classic Halo and new mechanics. i can not wait for the huntTHEtruth episodes, E3 and of course this fall when the game releases. As for spartan strike, it looks nice! they just need to release it already!!

idk I like the older ones but excited for 5, the running makes it feel faster and seems to me it would be better to watch on mlg/esl/pgl etc. slower halos are not fun to watch imo. none the less I will buy whatever halo is presented to me

I am personally very excited haven’t been so excited for a halo since reach, Oh Reach… You flawed flawed game… Anyway the Campaign is going to be amazing GOTY material I have no doubts about that and after being really hesitant on the MP playing it in the Beta got me hooked. The blend of fast pacing with the halo sandbox meshed very well and all of the changes we know of that 343 have made since the Beta sound like they are just Icing on the cake. I honestly get why some people aren’t to happy though I do think that this is the best sprint has been implemented into any halo game and though I felt the bloating of maps in halo 4 and Reach I really didn’t in Guardians. I purposely spent most of my time walking around the maps as I’m not a sprint fan myself and I had a blast and now base speed is increased? YEEEEE (fan girls)
