Good luck, Its taken me like 2-3 weeks to even get two new people to join mine.

What REQ pack is it you’re trying to get?
I’m already in a Spartan Co, but wish you every success with your new clan.
The req pack im trying to get is the one where you have either create a clan or join one, so I decided to create one also thanks guys for the support.
