It annoys the -Yoink- out of me, when my teammates quite from a match for some gay reason. When i ask them why they quit they reply something like “that one guy was a general”, or “i hate frozen valley, its the worst map”. Why do people have to quit for stupid @$$ reasons like that? Its just noobish, and it screws your teammates or teammate, depending on what game type you are playing. Anyways, i only quit when my mom forces me to get off of my Xbox, or is my dad surprisingly turns it off, so that he can play GoW 3. I never quit from a match just because of the map, or my aponents rank. But if i do quit, i at least send all of my supplies to my teammates just so they will have an advantage despite the fact that they are out numbered. But i have noticed one thing about interesting thing about quitters. Most quitters are from countries like Columbia, France, Mexico, and finally, all of the countries from the UK. People from the US, (like me) and Canada battle it to the end. Anyways, why do people quit for stupid reasons, and why dont they send their teammates supplies before they leave?
Thats happened to me today quite a few times. I thought it was because there were a lot of covenant on my team but Im not sure.
Quit.
Problem solved.
I actually always do something fun like a massive army of cyclops, like i know am going to loose…
you could just win…
Calling out people from other countries is wrong dude, and it’s untrue that people form the US don’t quit or anything along those lines.
I do think that people should start giving supplies to their teammates before they quit. I’m really not sure why that doesn’t happen more often. It’s probably because people are raging when they quit so they just leave as fast as possible and don’t take the time to sell all their stuff so they have money to give.
One thing that REALLY bothers me though is the whole sell all your stuff and wait for defeat instead of quitting trend, because all it does is waste my time. I don’t know why so many people do it, but it’s stupid (especially if it has something to do with points). If you lost, quit. Don’t draw out the game, that’s bad manners. I know it’s only a minute, but it’s really annoying.
I would appreciate it when my teammate, who would resign because he sees 3 generals, actually quits. Cause those kind of people are terrible at the game and my team would benefit more from me (or someone else with a brain) taking his base .
> Thats happened to me today quite a few times. I thought it was because there were a lot of covenant on my team but Im not sure.
Thats another reason why my teammates quit.
“That guy is a profit, and that other guy is a brute cheiften razor. We cant win!!”
Its annoying how my teammates quit because of the character(s) that the enemy team is using. When you think about it, the covenant arnt very hard to beat, if you have the right units. This raises another question; why do people quit because of the enemy teams characters?

You’re an Anders player, aren’t you?
Welcome to unarranged bro. Have a seat.

OK i might of exaggerated that a little, but most of it is the plain truth. For the past few weeks, i have had a couple people resign from my team, and the enemies team for no reason, and what would you know, 50% of them were from Columbia, 10% were from Mexico, 5% were from France, 5% were from The USA, and the rest were from the UK. You are correct when you say that people from the USA, also quit for the same reasons, but it doesn’t happen very often.
PS, i know it is wrong, but it is like i said, “the plain truth”. You are most likely saying it is wrong because you are from one of the countries i listed in my original post.

LOL so True, so True.

Born, raised, and currently residing in New Jersey, USA lol.
I don’t have similar experiences as you when it comes to people from other countries quitting compared to people from home. Granted, I don’t often check for where people are from, but I never noticed any trends one way or another. I will say though that most of the people who rage quit and send me hate mail don’t have an accent lol.
Think about this though. I do know that there are a lot of foreigners that play this game, that might explain your trend. Why don’t you try checking everyone’s location after games of Halo Wars you play, and not just the quitters? I think you’ll be surprised to find that many of them will be from other countries. If that’s true, it would mean that you see people quitting from other countries because you’re simply seeing a lot of people from other countries, not because people from other countries tend to quit more than Americans. Does that make sense?
both teammates quit right away… still won… watch to learn how.

No idea. Apparently it looks like of more than 2 people on one team are covenant, people quit.
I was facing three forge players and my team was arbiter, chieftain and prophet. Arbiter got destroyed early and all three forge enemies continually made tanks. My ally stuck in the game, we made anti vehicles and won. Covenant players aren’t worse than UNSC so I don’t understand the stigmatism.
Being a General in Halo Wars is the same thing as being an Inheritor in Halo:Reach. It means you play alot, that’s it. I lol at people who quit because “Ohmagawd 3 Generals”
“Ohmagersh he’s a General, I beter quit, i’ma get rapped.” herp a derp scrub

People who are new to this game generally experience *** whoopings from teams of all generals. It doesn’t matter if those generals aren’t actually good, because they’re still relatively better than the noobie getting “Arbiter Rushed,” therefore they expect a loss when they see Generals.
Someone who is actually good at the game being afraid of generals is another story.

That’s true, but my statement was aimed at the latter part of yours.
