So, there are some characters we haven’t seen in a while that we would like to return. So, I thought I’d make a list.

I loved these guys in the last few titles. Who else wants them back?
I really don’t want Arbiter back
If Hood isn’t a complete idiot and tool like he was in Thursday War, yes, I’d like to see him again. Same goes for the Arbiter.
I’d much prefer them over Sarah Palmer.
Lord Hood was pretty old. Chances are withing the 4 years between Halo 3 and 4 he probably retired from active duty.

I couldn’t agree more, I mainly want to see Shipmaster and the arbiter
Yeah. I got attached to the ODST’s and The arbiter and shipmaster. He was a cool character. I miss his half - Jaw!

To be honest, they would be a nightmare to introduce into Halo 5. We know who they are, but is Average Joe Gamer supposed to know and care right off the bat?
Yes especially with buck and the arbiter.

I really don’t think he needs to, in Halo 3 the ending seems to establish Arbiters story is over, however it pretty much shows Chiefs story isn’t finished so having Chief back makes sense
Unless they have the Precursors Test I don’t see the Arbiter returning, he’s doing his own thing on Sangheilios as far as we know

With Jul 'Mdama having in his possession the greatest human mind in existence…I’d say the UNSC and Arbiter have common problems at this point.
Master Sergeant(as of Halo 4) Marcus Pete Stacker, he was a Gunnery Sergeant in Halo 3, is someone who I would like to see live on in the Halo games. He is my all time favorite non main character in the whole series and he has so far been in ever Halo title(bar Halo Wars).
I was very happy to hear his voice in Halo 4, I’m so glad 343i put him the game, albeit a small portion of a near end of game mission, still, he was in the game and I can’t complain. Still not sure if he had a character model in the game or not.
I’d love to see Blue Team, Lord Hood, the Arbiter, and Buck with the rest of his squad, especially Dutch.
