but not my opinion. i kind of like it
its sad…we need to hope for a new game for 343 to fix these issues.

No NOTHING is worse than Halo Wars. Actually i like halo 4, i like the direction their taking the story. What it is is we want it known more to 343 what we’d like to see next game. And if you think it’s “broken” then look at the time they had to complete it, 2 years, bungie had 3 minimum. If anyones to blame, blame the beancounters at Microsoft who only see that they could make money before the system “dies” and the next gen starts.

The hate associated with Halo 4 is nothing new. Go look up some of the old threads in the Halo 2 and 3 forums. It’s the same thing with a different coat of paint.
That’s been the general way of things. I can’t see 343 saying here’s a free DLC containing a Forge World for the Forgers. You’re best hope is the next game.

HOW DARE YOU COMPARE HALO 4 TO THE GREATS
plus bungie had good customer service and fixed the problem people were complaining about
and i never saw on the forums within 2 months of the games release, people hoping halo 5 will be better, and making suggestions to make it better
I can deal with Halo 4s issues I just want to see what can be done in a Halo game on the next gen console. What I want to see is a map creator, minimum of 24 players, pelicans and phantoms in multiplayer and many other things. If Halo 5 doesn’t have these things ill be rightfully pissed off.

I never had a single issue with any of the original trilogy just reach and 4. Of course people will find something to complain about but nothing like the amount of complaints for Halo 4.

I have a slight conspiracy theory which a couple friends share too… I think that Halo 4 is a prequel to Halo 5 BOOM! huh? did I just blow your mind? 
But seriously… basically with rumours building up that Microsoft will (hopefully) announce the next Xbox at E3 2013, with a possible release date of (again, hopefully) November 2013 I can imagine one of the launch titles being Halo 5… with that I can see Halo 4 being a training ground for 343i, to iron out first game bugs (not counting Anniversary), try new ideas, see what worked, how the community reacts etc etc… whilst introducing the Promethean’s and maybe kicking off a new intergalactic war (Invasion of Earth?)
Plus if you look at the fact that the 3 mentioned DLC packs will all be out by April, 2 months later E3 kicks off, it kind of lines up for an announcement.
If I am right it won’t bother me as I will probably get the new Xbox and would love a new Halo to go with it
