Bit disappointed to see in every team slayer game, every single person is using Armour lock and every 1 in 2 games, you have someone AFK or quits immediately.
Armour lock is beatable but it is annoying. How’s the ban system these days for AFK players?
edit - Make that 3 games in a row with the same afk players on my team. sigh.

If you are getting the same AFC/AFK players in multiple games in a row(Three or more), as far as I am concerned by definition of Code of Conduct, that would fall under the area of cheating due to them boosting cR by only being physically present but not actually playing, which is also simultaneously griefing your game and ruining the quality of services Xbox LIVE is providing for you(Which you are paying for), which is a bannable offense.
I would recommend utilizing the services provided to you by LIVE that you pay for via reporting said players if they are AFC/AFKing in your games three or more games in a row , cheating being the reason, and using the player review system to avoid them, ‘Unfamiliar with Game’ or ‘Lacking Skill’ being the reason. They’re boosting (Which is cheating) and griefing, which is both uncalled for and is bannable.
When LIVE Enforcement would look at said reports from you, they would likely look into your Halo: Reach game history as well as the people you reported and when they see those three having 0 kills multiple games in a row while you were trying, they will see that these people were not actively playing, only present to boost cR they actually did not earn (Which looking at the LIVE Enforcement Team Page itself, what these players are doing is considered cheating, Click Meh! From the page “Cheating includes but is not limited to: Unlocking achievements, prestige level, in-game ranks, or other content you didn’t actually earn”) and likely issue them a manual ban.
Edit: As for Armor Lock, that is a game feature. Unless they found someway to extend it via network manipulation or permaglitch it, you just have to deal with players using armor lock due to it being a game mechanic as frustrating as that is for you.
