anyway. Alright, so i got the spartan officer medal in my service record, but i did not unlock the achievement? What gives?

You need to actually reach 50 EXP in one individual playlist, or become a Lieutenant in a single playlist now.

Yea it changed, you gotta be a Lieutenant in Social Slayer or Big Team Social or w/e you are playing.

Doing so will also unlock you the Vidmaster: Lightswitch acheivment too.
