all people will do on here is deny deny and deny. And no, I will not wait to listen to more info from 343 that will tell me how much more it will be like call of duty. The halo 1,2 and 3 that we once loved, is long gone.
I woudl rather have another “ELITES IN HALO4 NOW” thread then a trillionth Halo=CoD thread. Seriously, do you people have nothing better to do than make an account just to Yoink! and complain every five minutes when there are other threads about the same thing.

So what your saying is everything in Halo 2 shouldn’t be in it because it wasn’t in Halo CE and everything that was in Halo 3 shouldn’t be in it because they weren’t there in Halo 2.
Besides why should you get the say what should or shouldn’t be in a game, your not the one making it.
Reach has been a failure in terms of the longevity of the Halo brand. They might have sold close to 9M units, but they have a population of less than 100K at any given time.
Reach has also lost the competitive community. When Halo 3 was out it was the main reason to watch an MLG event (they even had enough popularity to have crossover ESPN Halo 3 Top Ten Plays). Currently Reach isn’t even scheduled as part of the spring MLG tour.
Finally, the population has plummeted for Reach. Halo 3 held the top spot (or second some weeks) on the most played Xbox Live games for 3 years after launch. Reach can’t even break into the top 5 and hasn’t been in the top 3 since the first few months it was launched.
To say that Reach was a “success” is acceptable if your ONLY metric of success is profit from initial sales. In all other avenues Reach has dropped off a cliff compared to other Halo games.

This isn’t Reach though and you cant say its a failure until it comes out. The difference between H4 and HR is that Halo 4 is being properly balanced in terms of gameplay (from what we are being told).
While Reach only failed due to every game type being shoved into a few playlists upon launch and people weren’t able to play the gametypes they wanted because everyone else want certian gametypes everytime this lead people to stop playing early in Reach life.
Another reason is how incredibly unbalanced the gameplay was and the lack of TU’s to fix all the problems that couldn’t be fixed through Custom games.
