Id say 75% of the spartans that use the recruiting forams dont understand the spamming system, and dont know that you only need to make a post about your company like twice a week not every single day 2 times a day, some of us who use the forams want to get our company known or see posts that matter from other spartans, not the same exact recruiting post from your company. Im asking everyone that has time and wants to make halowaypoint recruiting forams a better place, please look up the rules :).
