So, earlier this week, that Halo 4 in-game pic was released by someone from the Halo 4 playtester session. The thing is, the majority of the people believe that the awesome graphics seen in the pic are all CG, even when Frankie has confirmed the pic is all in-game.

Lol, I just think it’s funny that many users think this shot is too good for the Xbox 360 and is fake, even when Frankie or Stinkles on neogaf has already confirmed it’s true.
But, my god, Halo 4 is looking to be a graphical beast.

though I do have to agree with you that this game really does look great.
It’s impressive, but it doesn’t blow me away. Technology improves and you’re able to get more out of a system as time moves on. Have you noticed how launch games are usually inferior graphically to later games on the same systems?

I was blown away by Halo 4…and how it blew Reach out of the water and into the grinder in the graphics department. Can’t believe they are on the same console.

Its not theatre. It was detailed you start the 1st mission w/o a wepon and Cortana has updated your hud and initializes the software first like in Halo CE

Actually, the full HUD and the gun usually never come up immedietly. This is probably right after the Chief is out of Cryo, with Cortana still booting up his systems after she changed it.

I can’t remember either…it was Frankie though… hmmm…
it looks to blow most 360 games out of the water, apart from Crysis which is like Kelly Brook. Looks great, but very little in terms of substance.

I wouldnt say that. Some of Reachs character and weapon models seem to be higher quality so far. H4 seems better overall though.

Nothing a final build of the Campaign couldn’t fix
