Most people in the forum said that I haven’t play the Halo mcc because my gaming record doesn’t show it to them when I actually did play it. Can someone help me?
I noticed that user’s picture and decided I wanted to see if it was photoshopped or not. Turns out he did just take a picture of your profile, but I do believe you that it is some sort of bug. Do you see your profile the same way others do or can you see your stats? Meaning do you see your stats and stuff but others just can’t.
I honestly have never seen anything like it so I’m not sure how to fix it. Can you recall a time when your service records were showing up before this? Have you tried maybe signing out of Waypoint and back in? Have you played a game in MCC since you noticed the profile bug?
I really have no idea what is going on with your profile but I would like to help you in any way I can. Perhaps some moderators can provide better assistance (maybe try messaging one of them).
I’m not sure how this could be it, but at this point I’m open to any idea of what might be wrong: If you can’t recall there being a time where you could see your service records, could it be that something about your parental controls is messed up?
Also another thing, occasionally my avatar and emblem from MCC don’t show up on my Waypoint profile, but my stats still do. How I fix that is I simply change the avatar to something else and then back to the one I am using. This sort of refreshes it I guess and updates it. I’m not sure if that will help but I thought I’d just add it to this.

Yes I’m am see my gaming profile stats. I’m a level eight player. I have a purple elite as a profile and I have play master chief collection. Thank you for the help
That image doesn’t work for me. I would try getting a new image that does prove how you see your profile and then contact a moderator. I don’t know if they’ll be able to help but it’s a start maybe.

Please verify your privacy setting on Xbox.com. The MCC service record respects those privacy settings.
