Originally this issue started as my network kept saying it didn’t support voice chat randomly one day. After a bunch of frustration i just ran a hard line to my modem and that fixed it (the signal was weak to begin with and i suspect that mightve been the the main cause- however i never lagged in game at all and this issue just suddenly appeared one day). About 3 days later i suddenly started having problems with people joining my fire team. At first the invites would send but never be received and then they started sending again. The problem, now, is that when people accept those invites they can’t actually join my fire team. They will attempt to join an then they will be told that they can’t connect to server. If they try to go into a custom or into the multiplayer lobby they won’t be able to connect to server. They have to restart the game and then get into multiplayer lobby and then i have to join their team.
while this would normally be fine, the main reason i came here was because i tried to use this same strategy to play with someone tonight and then i wasn’t given the option to join their fire team. They had the same issue everyone else does when they join my party and i told him to restart (whether or not he did is a completely different story. I wasn’t there, i don’t actually know). But i couldn’t find the option to join his team. And to be quite honest i shouldn’t have this issue with a 50$ game to begin with. So if someone could kindly point me to a fix before i shoot my xbox, i would be ever so grateful because I’m literally over here screaming profanities because I’m so frustrated.
