Yeah just wait. It isn’t an error per say. It just takes time, im assuming because a lot of people are trying to get it at the same time.

I’ve hard rest the console twice and the timing load ring keeps just stopping
There are just (presumably) a lot of people accessing it atm and its bogging eveyrthing down
