Apparently, its been confirmed in halo 4 that Pelicans are forgeable items. Ive looked around here and cant find anything about it being “confirmed”.
So if anyone can give me some closure

oh i wish. At least if it wont be fliable, then at least make it HQ for humans or pickup zone as it was in reach on Spire. If there are Covenant in h4 regardless whether against us or for us, then pahantoms and/or spirits could be used.
