343’s decision to not allow scripting or let alone actual flight of the introduced Pelicans is a stupid idea. They should be accessible or at least be able to be scripted to fly. Mythical Twinkie, let me know when you figure out how to make it fly

I think I saw something like that but doesn’t it cause the camera to glitch out and not act exactly smooth?

Yup, it glitches out pretty bad as of now.
Tried using a phaeton. Preston won’t even sit in there. Just glitches all over the place

You can’t use a phaeton for welding, if you had followed this guy’s advice

You can script everything in Forge and you can use the vehicle welding glitch to make it fly. Now keep in mind that it’s a glitch and not a supported feature by 343i, they are working on a supported one though.

Inspired by anime? What? Impractical design? It has the same design with small tweaks, nothing was made less practical, detail is very welcome, and generic? Yeah arent all military vehicles generic? Why would you fancy them up? THAT would be unpractical and detail for the sake of detail

That’s really not the point of this thread. He’s saying that, since Pelicans are in forge as a prop, why not go all the way and make them an actual vehicle as well? Whether or not the Pelican looks good is completely subjective, and shouldn’t make a difference in this case.

Yet I do wish they kept the Halo 3 pelican design, but on topic it should be a actual vehicle if only for forge and custom
