pelican to be forgable/drivable in halo 4?

I haven’t been around on the Halo website in months, the last time I checked my Halo stats, was when Reach launched on Bungie.net.

So, I’ve been away therefore I have no idea if this has already been confirmed, or denied. But will the Pelican be usable and forgeable in Halo 4? I was surprised to not see this question in the latest Halo Bulletin update.

Again, sorry If this has already been confirmed, I am practically new to all Halo info. :slight_smile:
