Halo 4 never had any first person cutscenes inside a pelican when you ride them, like in a few missions the intro involved you starting in a pelican. I didn’t like it that they lacked those cutscenes in Halo 4. It’s not game breaking, but it’s something i’ve always loved for some reason.
Yeah i agree 343i missed two good points with having a smooth Pelican ride to the objective. First one was when you ride up to retake the Infinity second was when you first start off during the mission Reclaimer. I think Halo 2 was the only Halo 2 and 4 are the only Halo games where you don’t have a type of transportation into a mission. Its a small thing no doubt but its the small things that make it feel more like Halo. Reach had Falcon rides which were as good IMO ans ODST had the first scene with the drop pod.

Exactly, they’re small things but for some reason they’re just amazing. I really hope we have some pelican 1st person pelican rides rather than just a cutscene of him walking in a pelican or something like that.
I enjoyed flying one better.
