does achievements that I unlock on steam also unlock on the Xbox after I launch it from the Xbox or something?
Yes, it unlocks for Steam and your xbox account. You will see a steam notification and xbox notification for achievements on your screen when you unlock one.
Download the xbox app or simply check on your xbox console your gamerscore for the game to make sure you got the achievement.
And if you havent found out yet, your rank in MCC carries over as well.

thank you I knew the rank transferred over and the Xbox achievements transferred to steam but didn’t know if the achievements was linked to be unlocked on both steam and Xbox at the same time.
