So I launched the MCC PC after taking a break for the weekend, but now I can’t use my controller in-game. If I can use my controller to navigate menus and launch a competitive game, shouldn’t I also be able to use it to play? Is it not the same controller? Why is it so hard for the game not to break every few patches. Not only was the controller disabled, so was the keyboard. I could only press J to chat, telling my teammates I couldn’t move because 343 can’t be bothered to make a decent game.
- I’m using the same controller as last week. - My preferred input device is still Gamepad, just like last Friday. - I have input based matchmaking set to disabled*** THIS SHOULD ALWAYS BE USED TO DETERMINED IF A USER CAN USE CONTROLLER. It’s literally the whole point of this setting.
I’m assuming there was an auto-update since nothing changed on my end since last week. 343 can you please start using the input based matchmaking setting. The whole point of the setting is to be able to swap between controller and keyboard.
