After playing this weekend and in the first preview I’m fairly certain the Xbox players are getting some sort of aim boost compared to PC players. I got to play on a friends Xbox account and my accuracy was alway about 60-70% on my PC I hardly hit anything closer to 20% if I’m trying like crazy. And yes I use the Xbox controller on both
Xbox players are getting an aim boost. It’s called “Aim assist” and it’s a very common feature for console FPS.
I honestly can’t think of a single relevant console FPS in the last decade that didn’t have it.

Yes, I understand this. What Im saying is that usually in game on PC that allow you to use controller also have this setting but in this tech preview it does not exist.
TL;DR Xbox players out play PC players in this tech preview
Oh! Sorry for misinterpreting your post then.
I remember the steam forums for MCC was about 50% MKB players complaining about people using controllers since they Aim Assist is so vicious in Halo. Could be that they removed the option in response?

No worries, that’s exactly what I think they did is on the PC for the tech preview at least there is zero aim assists just expecting everyone on PC to use M&KB. Just speculation I can’t prove anything but from what I’m seeing and playing it’s a night and day difference.
