Hello 343, first i want to say i am really looking forward to your game and it looks awesome.
SO far the only halo that i have seen come to PC was halo 1 and halo 2. I only got halo 1 because at the time i did not have it on xbox. So what i was wondering is now that halo is fully microsoft and no longer a company working for microsoft (I assume i m right here) will we be seeing a halo 4 PC version? Currently to play halo 4 I am going to have to delete alot of saved files of different games from my xbox because 8 gigs is alot of space.

Halo 4 is an xbox exclusive now, sorry 
You may want to check out “Halo: Galaxy Of combat” though.
I would not expect a Halo 4 PC version anytime soon. If it releases at all, it will probably be delayed a year or two, just like Halo CE & Halo 2.
Side note… Halo CE on the PC is still perhaps the most fun I have ever had in a Halo game. Even with some pretty terrible lag, so much fun.

Agreed about halo. It was the most fun i have ever had with a PC title ever. Well starcraft was fun too but Halo CE on pc was the best.
Its disappointing to hear that there probably wont be a halo 4 PC version. It also may be due to the fact that xbox live has a subscription and the PC does not require that so alot of people would go for a PC version.

If it was ever released for PC it would likely be exclusively compatible with Windows 8 or be a games for windows kind of deal.
But I wouldnt get your hopes up, out of the previous seven Halo titles, only two came out for PC. It’s obvious MS wants to keep their flagship exclusive exclusive

Not at all. The main reason Microsoft isn’t porting Halo anymore is because of the dismal response to Halo 2 Vista. There were a lot of issues, not the least of which was the requirement to use Vista to run it.
And even with the original Halo CE port, while it was well received, it did not sell many copies and does not have a very large active user base. I’m not saying the community isn’t there (I myself have both Halo PC games), but it’s not large enough for Microsoft to feel that any new Halo PC ports are warranted.

That’s exactly the way it is. Had the sales been large enough, Microsoft would put more Halo games on the PC. MS is a company, they go after what makes money and leaves what does not. Halo on PC is not making money.
