i mean how many people actually split screen on pc? not saying that its never happened but i have never met a pc gamer that has wanted/needed that. its always someone in another room or online with their own pc.

i don’t think you understand do you? it’s not about, does anyone on pc use split screen? it’s about getting complete game on PC, split screen is PART OF THE PACKAGE.
online co-op sucks, unless you have two pc’s right next to each other and even then, it’s still WORTHLESS as if your internet or the game goes t*ts up, disconnect.

i get that,. but if its a feature no one uses it why does it really matter? heck look at your reply. it looks like you only want it because consoles have it not because its of any use to you and i dont think i have ever even played a game on pc where this option was available so it cant be that important to the package for very many folks i wouldnt think.

spoken like a steam troll. i’ve played the following, serious sam tfe classic, serious sam tse classic, serious sam tfe hd, serious sam tse hd, serious sam 3, battlefront 2015 (mod), battlefront 2017 (mod), black ops 3, gears of war ue, gears of war 4, gears of war 5.

No it IS about if people use it or not. What would they waste time and resources on something that will barely be used? Pretty much any game dev team will have a list of things to work on and separate them by priority. If there is something that they know won’t get used much, it goes to the bottom.

Sorry you must be the only person who would use this feature. Hopefully sometime in the future they add it for you.
I really hope they decide to include split screen on PC. I’ve started playing PC games with my girlfriend via split-screen on my TV, and would love to bring Halo into the fold without having to buy an Xbox to do it.
