PC Specifications failing to upload

I recently got a new PC so I figured I would update my PC Specifications within Halo Insider.

After running dxdiag and saving it, I attempt to upload the file and I get the following error ‘site.error-500.description’.

This has been going on for a few days now. I know this isn’t an error on my end, just wondering if anyone knows a workaround or if its just a wait out thing.

Also side bar, every time I try to access the Halo Insider from Halo Waypoint, it prompts me to ‘Become an Insider’, despite having been one for years and being signed in.

same here can i get a update please on if you ever got this fixed or figured out why its doing this to ppl? im trying to get into the co op insider build and it wont let me upload my new computer specs like you same situation i keep getting the same error you got site.error-500.description’.
