Anyone who might be able to share what they think a overclocked 2600x and a overclocked 2060 would be able to achieve in framerate? As in, can I expect to run Infinite at 1080p high settings at above 60fps with those specs?

The tech preview gave us practically zero information for this. I would wait to see for the upcoming flight since they fixed a bad config file from the last flight. Further optimizations were made from the May build too I would guess.

They said the improved performance about 20% since the flight build we got. But it would indeed be nice to get another just to see how it holds up now.

i7-9900K, 2070 SUPER, and 16GB ram made it work swimmingly for me the most part in the past flight so I’m sure it’ll be great in the full game

They stated 20% purely off the bad config too. I have a 10900k and 2080ti. I should be able to run it around 100-120 FPS at 1440p.

I wish I could say the same for my 2600x 2060 combo, 60 FPS at low settings, game still looked great but that’ll mean it’ll be playing at 72fps at the next flight supposedly. Hopefully it’s way better at launch at least for MP. My system should crush this game considering a Series S is running the game at 1080p 120fps.

I am selling my i7-9700k , RTX 2070 ROG STRIX OC 8GB , 16 GB DDR4-3000Mhz RAM

With the money I get from that, I’ll buy a new gaming rig.

I want to be ready for the love of my life xD

Everyone lol’ed at me when I bought my 2080ti right before the 30xx series dropped however the jokes on them now lol.

Hopefully it will be optimized for the RTX 20-series! Got myself a RTX 2080
