The PC recommended specs are as follows:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 3700X or Intel i7-9700K - 16GB RAM - Radeon RX 5700XT or Nvidia RTX 2070 - DirectX 12 - 50GB available spaceThe recommended CPU and GPU are very similar in performance to the Xbox Series X’s. Which means that the recommended specs seem to be targeting up to 4K 120FPS. Which is fine, but I think this could turn off a lot of players who fall in between the minimum to recommended specs, a massive chunk of PC community misses the recommended specs and even minimum which is crazy for a game that runs on Xbox One. The recommended specs should more target like 1440p60FPS on PC or release a chart that shows the different performance targets (1080p60, 1080p144, 1440p60, etc) and what the recommended specs are for those.

you have to remember that the OG xbox is something that 343 has complete control over, every xbox one is the same, but on PC’s you have thousands of builds and PC players love to run stuff in the back ground. i know i always have a few web pages, discord, and some other programs open while playing. and with all that, they cant know how it would perform when someone with OG xbox one specs tries to play with stuff also open in the background.

TL:DGAS is that they cant guarantee xbox one specced pc’s will play like an xbox one.
