For PC, try lowering your settings and lower your Resolution scaling to 1080. This will increase performance and framerates withut lowering the quality much. This will also fix a little bit of the high GPU &CPU usage because even in the main menu my GPU is at 100, that is not normal… its an optimization issue. Im sure they will optimize this at launch when actual “Fullscreen” is available but as of for now I am getting 144 FPS with those settings.
